We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client – an award-winning, family-run independent Vehicle Dealer with a thriving Vehicle Preparation Centre in Dover.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Diagnostic Technician looking for a Monday–Friday role with zero weekend work, within a business that genuinely puts its people first.

We’ve worked with this business for several years. They’re a first-class operation – small enough to feel personal and supportive, but with big ambitions. Their team is professional, motivated, and passionate about delivering an honest, value-for-money service to their customers.

They specialise in Peugeot, Vauxhall, Nissan and a range of other everyday vehicles, and are looking to strengthen their workshop with a technician who is confident in handling complex diagnostics and fault-finding work.

• Up to £45,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 - No weekends

• Identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct advanced fault-finding and diagnostic work using OEM and aftermarket tools
• Focus on Peugeot, Vauxhall, Nissan and other high-volume used Vehicle brands
• Provide technical insight and assist with efficient vehicle repair planning
• Work collaboratively with the preparation and workshop teams

• An experienced Diagnostic Technician with a strong background in fault-finding and diagnosis
• Confidence in handling electrical systems and mechanical complexities
• A methodical and independent worker
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
