• Maintaining up-to-date construction drawings and registers
• Needs to be familiar with Leica EDM (TS06 / TS12 / TS16)
• Checking building layout in relations to site boundaries
• Carrying out site surveys and level surveys before site starts
• Able to confidently take overall responsibility for setting out all elements and controlling line and level
• Taking off and ordering all groundworks & RC frame materials (drainage waterproofing concrete rebar cast-in items etc)
• Resolving any setting out problems and raise and track RFIs
• QA on site using flow form
• Implementation of site Inspection Test Plan and specifications we are working to
• Raise technical submittals
• Proficient with As-builts
• Record keeping and issuing to QS
• Use of CAD
• Proactive in closing out technical queries on site

• Eager to progress

• Reliable & punctual
• Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time.
• Right to work in the UK

• CSCS Engineering/Surveying or Equivalent Qualification
