Academics is seeking a motivated, caring, and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive two-form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets, starting January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school that invests in its staff, celebrates individuality, and provides exceptional support for children with diverse needs.

• Salary: £95‑£105 per day

• Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Deliver effective 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils access learning and make progress
• Work alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to deliver high‑quality, consistent support
• Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour using nurturing, child‑centred approaches
• This role is ideal for experienced Learning Support Assistants, psychology or education graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs

Interviews and trial days will take place during the 2nd week of December.
