We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant within the heart of Dover.
Role and Responsibilities- Providing1:1or small group support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
- Assisting theClass
Teacher in creating and implementing tailored learning plans. - Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
