Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant Dover
Academics are seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who require additional behavioural support in Dover.
This is a rewarding role for someone who can build strong relationships and help pupils succeed both academically and emotionally.
What you’ll do- Support pupils displaying challenging behaviour
- Implement behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff
- Support pupils' engagement in learning
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Experience in behaviour support or similar roles desirable
- Calm, consistent, and confident approach
- Strong communication and resilience
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
