Head of Business Studies & Economics – CLARUS EDUCATION

We wish to appoint an exceptional Head of Business and Economics to join the supportive environment of our Business and Economics Department. The successful candidate will bring extensive subject knowledge, vision, and experience to deliver ambitious, high‑quality learning and teaching opportunities.

• Take the lead role in the further development of Business and Economics.
• Must be able to teach Business Studies.
• Oversee the work of all teachers delivering the curriculum at KS3‑KS5, and support those aspiring to study at HE Level.
• Develop teachers within the team to meet their aspirations and ensure quality of work.
• Ensure high standards and support the school's vision and ethos.

• UK QTS, with extensive subject knowledge and vision.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at KS3‑KS5.
• Leadership and development experience.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
