• Lead MFL across the school – KS3 to KS5
• Develop and manage the progress of a wide MFL curriculum
• Boost the ability of staff – support growth and training
• Lead on enrichment elements of the MFL curriculum – exchange programmes, schools trips, etc.
• Plan and deliver exciting lessons – share practice with partner MFL teachers
• Report to the SLT
• Contribute to the plans of the wider school
• Lead on strategies to boost attainment
• Monitor pupil progress and evaluate progress plans

• Must have QTS – Qualified Teacher Status
• Must be an experienced teacher or leader of MFL
• Ability to lead on the academic and enrichment elements of an MFL curriculum
• Must have high standards and expectations
• Understand the demands of the new curriculum

• Good graded School – Ofsted 2020
• Mid-sized school – circa 1,200 pupils across KS3, KS4 & KS5
