Are you a caring and supportive Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children reach their full potential?

Schools in Dover along with GSL Education are searching for an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) to provide classroom and learning support to students and teachers.

In this role, you will help students stay engaged in lessons, understand tasks, and build confidence in their learning. You will support both individual and group activities while helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Duties:

Support students during lessons and learning activities.
Assist teachers with classroom preparation and resource organisation.
Provide additional help to pupils who need extra guidance.
Promote positive behaviour and learning engagement.
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
Essential Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting.
A patient, caring, and flexible approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good safeguarding awareness.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
