SEN Teaching Assistant | Dover Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-established and highly supportive specialist school in Dover ! This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a nurturing setting that supports pupils aged 5-16 with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs Support students both academically and socially Assist in implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies Help manage behaviour positively and proactively Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff Promote independence, confidence and engagement in learning
