Gbp 40,240 – 60,403 per annum + SEN Point.

Fantastic Primary School – a "Good" primary school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets – is seeking an Assistant SENCO. The role commences in September 2026, is full‑time, and the candidate will be employed directly by the school.

• Teach in an ARP with six children (non‑verbal/ASD).
• Work with and lead an experienced HLTA.
• Support EHCP applications, including writing and carrying out assessments.
• Initially work within the primary school with a long‑term plan of extending support and leadership to the nursery school.
• Start in September 2026.
• Full‑time, school‑based contract.
• MPS1–MPS6 + SEN Point.
• Located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets.

• Confident working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SEN required.
• QTS required.
• Able to plan & teach engaging lessons for SEN pupils.
• Maintain high‑level data & administrative tasks.
• Capable of working within a large team.

• Graded "Good" in the latest Ofsted report.
• Large primary school – mixed gender, multi‑cultural.
• Strong SLT in place – fantastic Executive Head Teacher.
