A "Good" Primary School located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets are on the hunt for a Primary SEN Teacher. This is a September 2026 role, full time and employed directly through the school.

The role of a Primary SEN Teacher will be the following:

Teaching in an ARP with 6 children in (children are non-verbal / ASD)
Working & leading an experienced & strong HLTA
Supporting EHCP applications - writing & carrying out assessments
Initially working within the Primary School with a view in the long-term venturing over to their Nursery School and providing additional SEN support & leadership

Primary SEN Teacher

MPS1 - MPS6 + SEN Point

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must be confident in working in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of SEN is required
QTS is required
Must be able to plan & teach engaging lesson for SEN pupils
Carry out data / admin tasks to a high level
Must be able to work within a large team
