As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in developing strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum learning. You will be working within a structured and well‑sequenced curriculum, designed to support high‑quality teaching while allowing space for professional creativity.

You will join a collaborative Key Stage 1 team, contributing to shared planning, consistent practice, and a culture of continual improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers looking to develop within a high‑performing setting.

• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Create a purposeful, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and respond to pupil progress effectively
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience or a strong interest in teaching Key Stage 1
• Demonstrates strong classroom practice and clear pedagogical understanding
• Is committed to high standards and raising attainment for all pupils
