A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Tower Hamlets are looking for First-Class Graduates for a September 2026 start. This is a School based contract, directly employed via the School.

• Supporting motivated students across a range of academic subjects
• Providing guidance on study skills, personal statements, and university applications
• Delivering 1:1 and group academic enrichment sessions
• Collaborating with teaching staff to support student progress and aspiration
• Scope to develop mentoring programmes for high-achieving pupils

• Mentoring high-achieving students across KS3-5
• Subject-specific academic support based on your expertise
• Delivering workshops, university application guidance, and enrichment sessions
• £20,000 - £22,000 per annum - Permanent Contract (salary based on experience)
• September 2026 Start;
  Term Time Only;
  Full Time position
• Based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets

A recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree (any discipline).

Experience working with young people in educational or mentoring contexts.

A confident and inspiring communicator.

A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential.
