- Qualified Teacher Status (
QTS
) - essential. - Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Team player who contributes positively to school life.
