Responsibilities
  • Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential through guidance, encouragement and industry expertise.
  • Provide valuable industry insight to help students develop the skills and confidence needed for their future careers.
  • Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of high‑quality study programmes.
  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure courses remain engaging, innovative and relevant to industry developments.
  • Help shape a curriculum that meets the needs of both learners and employers.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons across Level 1 to Level 3 programmes.
  • Track student progress and use it to plan targeted support and interventions.
  • Motivate learners to achieve and succeed in their studies.
Qualifications & Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience teaching or delivering training in the workplace, although this is not essential as full training will be provided. You should be highly organised, creative, and possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive, empathetic approach. This role is open to those with a passion for sharing knowledge even without prior teaching qualifications or experience.
