As a Skills Practitioner at our Dover Campus, you’ll play a key role in bringing learning to life, supporting both staff and students to deliver high‑quality, hands‑on training. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll help learners build confidence and achieve their goals, while ensuring workshops are safe, well‑organised, and fully equipped for practical learning.
Responsibilities- Monitor and promote excellent Health & Safety practices within workshop sessions
- Order, organise, and issue stock and supplies to keep sessions running smoothly
- Assist in workshop preparation
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students
