A welcoming and high-achieving Primary School in Tower Hamlets is looking to recruit a Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates from creative backgrounds including Art, Drama, Music, Dance, Media or Creative Writing and who are passionate about education and want to make a genuine impact on children’s learning.

As a Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to provide academic support across the curriculum, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions, encouraging creativity within lessons, and helping pupils build confidence and reach their full potential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Creative Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Supporting pupils across KS1 & KS2
• Delivering academic interventions in English, Maths and foundation subjects
• Working 1:1, in small groups and within the classroom
• Full-time, term-time only
• September start
• Located in Tower Hamlets

ABOUT YOU

• A 2:1 or First-Class degree in a creative subject (Art, Drama, Music, Dance, Media, English or similar)
• Strong academic background throughout education
• Confident communicator with a positive and engaging personality
• Passionate about helping children achieve their academic potential
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
