• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of referred cases, ensuring all information is gathered efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver concise and clear Best Interest Assessor reports as part of your ongoing duties.
• Utilise your expertise in the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards legal frameworks.
• Undertake complex Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain and uphold best practice standards.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the protection and promotion of individuals’ best interests.
