You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑to‑day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship and support.

• Build positive relationships based on trust and respect.
• Encourage independence and daily routines.
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management.
• Be a steady, caring presence — someone they can count on.

• 6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years).
• At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years).
• Right to work in the UK.
• A kind, resilient, and team‑focused attitude.
