Homecare Assistant (Driver Only)

If you are a driver and want to be an HCA with Nurseplus Care at home, you will have the unique opportunity to provide outstanding, compassionate care directly in the comfort of clients' homes within the social care sector. Whether you support individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or assist elderly clients, you will make a meaningful difference with every shift.

Consistent clients and hours each week, with flexible shift options (short visits or up to 12‑hour shifts) and support for weekends on a rotated basis. - Weekly Pay & Competitive Rates:
Earn between £13.50 and £20.25 per hour, with weekly pay and an annual pay increase, plus Bank Holiday pay. - Deliver Compassionate Care:

- Provide personal care to clients.
- Assist with nutritional needs.
- Administer medication.
- Offer companionship and support.
- Ensure care follows each client's individual care plan.
- Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
