You will supervise Maintenance Operatives, coordinate contractors and support the Maintenance Manager to deliver high service standards and compliance.
The role covers managing CAFM records, RAMS, and ensuring safety while driving KPIs and resident satisfaction. A strong facilities background and weekend/on-call availability are required.
