# Bulk Operative## Job Introduction Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Bulk Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in the Tower Hamlets. You will be working across multiple residential sites playing an important role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, removing bulk waste from void properties and taking it to the designated drop of sites.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.  The hours of work are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

** Key responsibilities will include:
*** Ensuring all bulk waste is removed from the residential sites within the agreed time frames
* Carry out day-to
-day duties according to daily schedule, i.e., collecting bulk waste and household items from the PFI managed estates.
* To take responsibility for driving the 3.5 tonne company vehicle and carrying out maintenance checks daily.
* To responsibly tip all collected waste, using the designated waste disposal sites.
* To keep daily records of waste streams collected.

*** A Full UK driving licence
* Strength and fitness
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures
