• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of customs clearance specialists

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance

• Streamline procedures to enhance accuracy and productivity

• Ensure adherence to all relevant customs and trade regulations

• 10+ years of experience in customs clearance

• Proven track record in people management and operations leadership

• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills

• Excellent IT proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
