Security Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our security team in the School site in Kent. This role offers excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate.

Please understand that the contract requires effective management of site access to prevent unauthorised entry while ensuring smooth daily operations for staff, pupils, parents, and contractors. This includes:

Monitoring and controlling entry and exit points.

Visitor sign-in procedures and .

Managing late arrivals and authorised collections.

Monitoring deliveries and contractor access.

• Valid SIA licence
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of security legislation and best practices

• Conduct regular security patrols of assigned premises
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Control access to buildings and verify visitor credentials
• Write detailed incident reports
• Respond to emergencies and security breache
• Liaise with emergency services when required
