Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter/Joiner to join our client's team at their manufacturing site near Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a supervisory role within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and organise day‑to‑day and weekly production activities.
- Carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery work.
- Oversee the making of fire doors, window frames, panels, and other joinery products.
- Proven experience in carpentry/joinery.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Skilled and competent in all joinery tasks.
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location (no public transport available).
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).

08:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (plus overtime as required).
