Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Initial Assessments Team based in Tower Hamlets.

You will coordinate a holistic assessment of individuals' needs and risks, considering their strengths and promoting independence. You will establish and review an initial support plan in collaboration with the service user, carers, and service providers. Additionally, you will conduct social care assessments, support planning, and reviews promptly.

• Hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level
