We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to oversee our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitors’ activities.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using sales management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

WorkEnvironment & Physical Demands
Duties are performed on the dealership premises, both indoors and outdoors, and during customer test drives. The job requires frequent movement around company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. The employee regularly talks or hears and frequently stands, walks, and sits. Regular attendance is required, with scheduled shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
