The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our world‑class service team.

• Greet and assist service customers promptly and professionally
• Answer service calls, schedule appointments, and keep customers updated
• Advise customers on repair/service needs, costs, and completion timelines
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians
• Ensure top‑level customer satisfaction—get it right the first time
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Customer‑focused, enthusiastic and motivated team player
• Prior sales and/or customer service experience required (auto industry a plus)
• Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred)
• Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
