We are looking for a goal‑oriented, self‑motivated Product Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, comfortable with dealing with ambiguity, able to think through complex challenges, and being able to align cross‑functional teams effectively to launch products. Previous experience in building customer facing products, payments knowledge is definitely a value add for this role. Someone who has a proven track record of building & launching payment product solutions, someone who understands the workings of cards & banks including ACH & networks.

• Drive the full product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, opportunity evaluation, roadmap planning, launch, and post‑launch growth.
• Identify new product opportunities leveraging client and market insights.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other key partner teams to efficiently deliver impactful new capabilities and features.
• Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success.
• Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize.
• Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients.

• 5+ years of product management experience or relevant domain expertise.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem‑solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and leading senior engineers, designers, and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission.

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility**+ benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$180,370—$212,200 USD
