Join SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown as a Restoration Estimator and play a crucial role in helping our clients recover from property damage. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about restoration and customer service. Be part of a team that makes a difference in our community every day!
This position is onsite full time. No hybrid or remote candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough property assessments to determine restoration needs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize industry-specific software for estimating and reporting.
- Stay updated on restoration techniques and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.
- Proven experience in restoration estimating or related field.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred.
