We are seeking a full‑time Construction Layout Surveyor to complete construction layout in the Dover, Delaware area. The ideal candidate is an experienced land surveyor with extensive construction layout experience. The candidate must be self‑motivated, organized, and technology‑oriented. The candidate must be able to follow proper procedures, perform accurate calculations, and work in a team environment.

• Minimum 2 of extensive experience as a construction layout surveyor with a strong focus on quality.
• Proficient with both GPS and Robotic Systems.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction drawings.
• After company orientation and training, able to work as a 1‑person crew.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must be willing/able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50‑lbs.
• Must be self‑motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines.
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, safety vests, gloves, steel‑toed work boots.
