CUSTOMER SERVICE/BDC AGENT

Our current team is a group of pleasant people who like to talk with people in a friendly and professional manner, have solid typing skills and enjoy answering questions and providing value to our future customers. This is NOT a sales position, but our team does work hard to be the face our company by providing excellent customer service and scheduling service appointments to over 300 customers a day.

The day will fly by interacting with customers calling you to schedule everything from routine maintenance to recall work. We will train you on the necessary details to become a “mini-expert” in this area, so no prior knowledge is necessary. Finally, this position will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction through their repair journey.

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers, via phone and email.
  • Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills.
  • Great attitude, work ethic and positive outlook.
  • The desire to meet/beat sales and performance goals.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Schedule appointments
  • Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Suggesting information about other products or services
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
