Webster Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is looking for a Full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Dover, DE
. The hygienist we hire will provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.

Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist at Webster Cosmetic & Family Dentistry
, you’ll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday (8:00-5:00) & Friday (8:00-1:00)

What we offer:

• Pay range $45-$65 per hour
• Monthly bonus plan
• Paid time off (1 wk 1st yr, 2 wks 2nd year, 3 wks at 5 yrs)

Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Delaware. New grads must me applying for license soon.

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
