ASAP | Pay Rate: $485,000 - $500,000

We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join a growing practice in Dover, Delaware. The position offers flexibility at our main hospital or secondary facility and is open to both General and Advanced Gastroenterologists. This role includes involvement in a new GI Fellowship program, with a predominantly outpatient schedule, and is located within 1.5 hours of DC and Philadelphia.

• Join a team of 6 GIs in a supportive environment
• Supportive staff including 1:1 MA and APP ratios
• New fully equipped endoscopy suite with growth potential
• Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU productivity bonus
• Opportunity to focus on general or subspecialty GI practice, including IBD, Motility, Hepatology, or 100% Advanced GI
• Light call schedule: 6 days/month, mostly phone calls
• Involvement in teaching and scholarly activities for a new GI fellowship
• Visa sponsorship available
