Coverage Needed:
- Start Date:
February 23, 2026 - May 25, 2026 - 1-2 weeks a month
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, including a lunch break - 2 locations
Clinical Details:
- Support Staff:
Radiology Physician Assistants for IR procedures, Reading Room Assistants, Nighthawk service for after-hours - Team-based environment
- EMR: GE Universal PACs, Power Scribe 360 for voice recognition
- Daily Expectations: 20-30% IR (5-6 procedures per day), 70-80% General Diagnostic 50-60 diagnostic reads (5-10 CT, the rest is x-ray, ultrasound, and general readings)
- Proficiency required in procedures:
Bone biopsy, neph tube exchange, liver biopsies, angiogram
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Licensing candidates will be considered
- Vaccination requirements
- Proficiency in light IR procedures; complex procedures covered by IR docs
- General Radiologists capable of light IR will be considered
- Job requires minimal availability: 1-2 weeks a month
