Orthopedic Surgeon Dover DE

Urgently Hiring. We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with surgical privileges to join our medical practice full time or part time in Dover, DE. Ideally, we are looking for a board‑certified orthopaedic surgeon, trained in general orthopedics with surgical privileges at the local hospitals, to join an integrated musculoskeletal practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and work‑related injuries.

The practice also includes neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, internal medicine, primary care, and chiropractic/physical therapy. In‑house services include physical therapy and chiropractic, aquatic therapy, work conditioning, vestibular and cognitive therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, electrodiagnostic, interventional pain management and X‑rays. We have offices in Dover and Millsboro, and the physician will cover both locations.

• Quality patient care and management
• Recommend and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment
• Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor‑vehicle injuries
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of documentation and reports for personal injury patients
• Perform orthopedic surgery with surgical privileges at surrounding hospitals
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care
• Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in alignment with company goals

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Delaware
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (general orthopedic surgeon)
• Favorable malpractice history
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• DEA license

Full time or part time.

$450,000 – $520,000 annually.
