Elementary Art Teacher – 2025‑2026 School Year
Full‑time temporary teaching position at Nellie H. Stokes Elementary School.
Qualifications- State of Delaware certification requirements for Teacher of Art.
- Evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.
- Out‑of‑state candidates: with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License; 1‑4 years experience also receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility.
- Salary in accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree; benefits package included.
- Official transcripts (if applicable), updated résumé, and three letters of recommendation.
- All personnel of Caesar Rodney School District required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
- Anyone offered employment must provide: proper identification (Social Security card and driver’s license), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S., completion of I‑9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
