This Planner III position leads program management, research, policy analysis, and outreach for Delaware's Energy Efficiency Investment Fund, supporting initiatives that promote energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The role involves analyzing state and regional energy efficiency policies, reviewing grant applications, managing federal programs such as the State Energy Program and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Program, and coordinating planning activities across multiple levels of government.
Keyqualifications:
- At least two years experience as a planner or in a planning function
- Experience designing, collecting data, analyzing and presenting results of complex planning projects
- Experience as a project manager/leader on complex projects
- Valid driver's license required as condition of hire
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
