We're searching for a Design Engineer to join our Site Development Department in our Delaware offices.

Essential Functions: include the following.

• Prepare engineering design, studies and reports.
• Determine / reviews appropriate application of technical methods of the work and verify compliance with criteria.
• Participate / Reviews the development of engineering design details, specifications, contract drawings and estimates.
• Prepare construction contract documents including final design details, construction drawings, specifications and estimates.
• Participate in presentations such as public meetings.
• Monitor current design trends/methodologies related to their area of expertise.
• Assist in training new employees in using CADD software.
• Client contact on a limited basis.
• Field work as team member for inspections and research for projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree
• Professional Engineer Registration
• 5-10 years Design Experience
