Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
- Full-time
- Quickly and accurately troubleshoot major packaging equipment problems.
- Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance during maintenance windows and as required. Collaborate with team members on Operator Asset Care (OAC).
- Provide feedback to planners and supervision regarding spare parts issues and PM accuracy.
- Regularly review machine performance, identify problems, and recommend or implement technological changes to improve overall performance.
- Participate in all required training, daily direction setting, and QCD meetings.
- Provide relief coverage on assigned equipment.

2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:30am)
Applicants must have performed packaging maintenance work, have comparable experience, or demonstrate technical abilities. Testing may be used to assess skills. Candidates should possess the ability and willingness to learn and practice new skills rapidly. Effective communication and coaching skills are essential. Experience with FDA-regulated environments (food and pharma) is preferred, but candidates with mechanical experience in other industrial equipment (airplanes, tractors, etc.)
will also be considered.
