Project and Team Leadership:

• Provide direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring effective communication, resource allocation, supervision, and adherence to project timelines and budgets

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

• Identify and nurture high-potential talent within the team; mentor and develop the next generation of Engineering leadership at Verdantas

• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as Lead Senior Engineer and primary point of contact managing strategy, technical and design work, regulatory engagement, and business development

• Engage as Senior in Charge on land or site plan development, design, and permitting, stormwater management design and permitting, erosion & sediment control design (as appropriate based on licensure), primarily for Verdantas’ Area-level clients in our Real Estate, Government, Energy, and Industrial Markets

• Direct meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices
