SNA International seeks a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst. The team works together to build a safe and just world by empowering organizations in the use of forensics, biometrics and identity intelligence.

This is a 100% onsite, part‑time position.

• Gather and analyze financial and non‑financial data to create models for forecasting, budgeting, operational and strategic planning.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomalies supporting operational and scenario planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with resource management and divisions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations and reports using Excel, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in scenario planning, risk analysis and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred) in finance, accounting, economics, data science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Experience with financial databases.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must be US citizens and able to pass a NAC‑I Security Background Investigation.
