We are hiring a Workday Finance Functional Specialist with 8+ years of experience in global Workday Financials implementations
. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer handling skills
, deep understanding of core finance business processes
, and hands‑on expertise across the entire Workday Finance suite
.

• Support and manage end-to-end Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, Assets, Procurement, and Reporting
• Lead and support global Workday Finance implementations
  , enhancements, and post‑production support
• Gather business requirements, provide functional solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Process and review AP invoices, expense reports, PCard reconciliations, and cash advances ensuring policy compliance
• Perform period‑end close activities
  , reconciliations, and generate weekly/monthly financial reports
• Handle high-volume data entry
  , data validation, and maintain accurate financial records in Workday
• Support integrations, data loads, audits, and testing activities
• Provide user support, training, documentation, and ongoing system optimization

A Workday Finance Certification is required. This is an onsite role based in Dover, Delaware, United States
, with collaboration across global teams and shifts work as required.

• Strong financial expertise, including proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Statements.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve problems, and optimize financial processes.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management or similar financial systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required. A relevant certification or advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
