This Planner II position provides programmatic support across multiple Division of Water programs, focusing on permitting reform and regulatory efficiency initiatives under Executive Order 18. The role works within the Director's Office, supporting project planning, tracking progress metrics, and applying LEAN principles to streamline permitting and customer service. The planner collaborates with federal and state agencies and the regulated community to advance environmental regulation updates.
Keyqualifications:
- At least one year experience as a planner or in a planning function
- Experience designing, collecting data, analyzing and presenting results of a complex planning project
- Experience as a project manager on a less complex project
- Valid driver's license required as a condition of hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
