* Job Description:
** - Join a compassionate, patient-focused team in a senior living community - Work in a supportive environment with older adults across skilled nursing, personal care, and independent living settings - Enjoy a 13-week contract assignment
- Schedule:
35 hours/week, Monday to Friday - Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that enhance mobility, safety, and overall quality of life - Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners - Document services using Net Health (training available if needed) - Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department

* What We’re Looking For:
** - DE SLP license in good standing - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Experience in senior care settings - A flexible, compassionate, and professional approach to care - Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date - CPR certification from The American Heart Association or The Red Cross - Covid vaccination records or exemption - Background check and fingerprinting - Updated resume
