• Greet patients and perform check‑in responsibilities
• Verify accurate and consistent documentation of patients’ personal and insurance information
• Call patients to reschedule appointments
• Check out patients and schedule follow‑up appointments
• Secure insurance authorizations
• Help answer any questions that patients have
• Ensure the patient lobby and clinical working area are neat and clean
• Assist in leading the PSR team in both process and hospitality

• Possess at least one year of experience in a medical office setting
• Previous medical front‑desk experience preferred, but not required
• Experience as a front‑desk receptionist preferred, but not required
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a well‑organized, team‑player with great attention to detail
• Demonstrate superior computer skills
• Highly energetic with a positive attitude
• Must be willing to travel to other offices occasionally to meet the demands of business
• Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
• Must be able to type or write legibly in a dimly‑lit setting
