- Provide oversight and supervision of home and community-based services for children and/or adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Supervise paraprofessional staff (DSPs/BHPs), ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
- Complete intake and service-related paperwork, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and crisis plans.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct home and community visits to evaluate service quality and client progress.
- Support, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling, performance reviews, and documentation.
- Ensure all required certifications, trainings, and records are up to date.
- Maintain productivity, documentation standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide direct service coverage as needed.
- Participate in professional development and complete required trainings.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Experience working with children and/or adults with developmental or behavioral needs required.
- DSP certification (for adult services) to be obtained within 1 year, or BHP certification (for children’s services) within 6 months.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
