Bilingual Medicare Sales - Outreach Specialist
Join a fast-growing boutique insurance agency focused on helping people understand their Medicare Benefits. We work with underserved populations to help them navigate Medicare to identify the best benefits for their needs. We are seeking a remote telephonic Outreach Specialist to connect with Medicare beneficiaries and help them schedule appointments with licensed Medicare agents. The successful candidate will build trust and rapport through genuine conversations, leading to scheduled appointments.
Maintain high productivity, discipline, and conversion rates to support Medicare beneficiaries.

Responsibilities- Daily outbound calls to educate prospective beneficiaries about available benefits, secure the Scope of Appointment, and schedule plan presentations with a licensed Medicare agent
- Maintain a consistent level of productivity, enthusiasm, and energy during daily outbound calls
- Master outreach workflows and scripts while developing a conversational style that connects with beneficiaries
- Engage with members during calls, identify needs, and address objections
- Attend daily and weekly team meetings and be accountable for output
- Provide and maintain daily tasks related to call follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and productivity tracking
- Go the extra mile to meet quotas
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude when interacting with internal and external customers
- Minimum two (2) years of successful Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center with a background in Medicare products
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
- Self-starter, accountable, and proven experience meeting quotas in telesales or call center roles
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Good memory and ability to explain services to beneficiaries
- Outgoing personality with a positive, engaging attitude
- Flexible schedule with a recurring 40-hour workweek; occasional after-hours work when necessary
- Proficient computer skills:
Salesforce or similar CRM, multi-dialer systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office suite - Commitment to a drug-free workplace; willing to undergo pre-employment substance testing and background checks
- Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to track and retrieve information on calls
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
