Team Lead Social Worker

Responsibilities

Lead Social Worker/Therapist position. We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lead Social Worker/Therapist
. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high quality clinical services to acute child, adolescent, and adult patients and participating in the development and mentoring of social workers / therapists.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Acts as a Service Excellence role model and ensures employees are following policies and procedures.
• Serves as a Preceptor to all new hires within the designated department and assists with staff on-boarding and training.
• Participate in supervisory sessions, as appropriate
• Delivers Continuing Education and In-services to current staff, as appropriate
• Under the direction of Social Services Manager / PHP Director or designee, assist with case load assignments and daily psychosocial tool, as needed.

• Master's degree in Social work or a related field
• 1-3 years experience in a related field - preferred inpatient behavioral health
