Location: Multiple locations throughout New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties in Delaware

We are hiring nurses (RNs, LPNs, and new grads) and therapists (OTs, PTs, SLPs, and new grads) to work FULL TIME, PART TIME, or PRN
.

Pick your favorite pediatric, adult, or geriatric client to work with from our open cases near your home.

• Provide one-on-one home health care to clients in their homes.
• Match with cases near your home to minimize commute.
• Deliver care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations as assign ed.
• Collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to the care team.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support as needed.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or new graduates in nursing;
  Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) candidates and new grads are welcome.
• Interest in pediatric, adult, or geriatric home health care.
• Ability to work FULL TIME, PART TIME, or PRN, with flexible schedules you choose.
• Valid licensure and compliance with state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
